These terms provide a plain-language starting point for ProposalPal platform and website use. Final legal language should be reviewed by counsel before production launch.

Platform Use

ProposalPal provides AI-powered grant discovery, proposal writing tools, pipeline management, social media content generation, and outreach CRM features for authorized subscribers.

Subscriber Responsibilities

Subscribers are responsible for managing their account credentials, reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy before submission, and using the platform in accordance with applicable laws and grant funder requirements.

AI-Assisted Tools

ProposalPal is designed to assist with grant research and proposal drafting. AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited by qualified personnel before submission to funding organizations. ProposalPal does not guarantee grant awards.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
